Dr. Cramer is an attending Neurosurgeon at Hennepin Healthcare. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with his MD/PhD. Dr. Cramer joined the lab as the Principal Investigator of multiple Traumatic Brain Injury studies and is Co-Principal Investigator to all RNL studies. He brings his passion of helping those with traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries.

As an undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin, Dr. Cramer developed a strong interest in neuroscience which he furthered during his MD/PhD training at the University of Minnesota. A fascination with the function of the nervous system and a passion for treating individuals with neurological illness led Dr. Cramer to pursue training in neurological surgery.

In his free time, Dr. Cramer enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children.
