E-STAND

E-STAND (Epidural Stimulation After Neurologic Damage) clinical trial in Minneapolis, MN. The goal of this trial is to test and optimize the use of epidural spinal cord stimulation to restore volitional movement in patients suffering from chronic complete motor spinal cord injury and paraplegia. We are now enrolling patients in our trial.

E-STAND: Long-Term Outcomes

This study is a long term continuation of E-STAND. The study is assessing the long term effects of epidural spinal cord stimulation in those with chronic motor complete spinal cord injury and paraplegia. The goal of this trial is to test and optimize the use of epidural spinal cord stimulation to restore volitional movement in patients that have already had an epidural stimulator placed. We are now enrolling patients in our trial.

A Phase 2a, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of MT-3921 in Subjects with Acute Traumatic Cervical Spinal Cord Injury

This industry trial is for those with acute cervical spinal cord injury. The goal is to assess the effect of MT-3921 on sensory and motor impairment, functional outcomes, independence in activities of daily living, and quality of life.

The Impact of Injustice Appraisals on Psychosocial Outcomes Following Spinal Cord Injury: A Longitudinal Study

This study, in collaboration with the University of Minnesota, aims to determine the longitudinal course and impact of injury-related injustice appraisals among civilians and Veterans who have recently acquired an SCI, and use qualitative inquiry to gain a rich, contextual understanding of appraisals of injustice during the first year after acquired SCI. The long-term goal of this research is to inform the development of new treatment approaches targeting appraisals of injustice.
