Nidhi really values research because she finds that it helps answer difficult questions. It is also a way medical advancements can be made, bringing expanded access to previously available knowledge and improve clinical practices. Nidhi is inspired by the drive to keep improving and learn​ing. She is using her public health degree by being able to meet participants of the research where they are at in their journey. She would like to make sure participants feel that they understand the research and its importance, in addition to feeling empowered about their choices in healthcare. Using her public health awareness allows her to include diverse populations into the solutions of neurosurgery research.

Nidhi has recently gotten back into reading for fun and has been enjoying delving into another world while doing so! She also likes to meditate or go on long walks in order to be still in a busy world.
